We also collect all communication data such as chat messages, file attachments, voice notes, videos, task assignments, and calendar events to enable seamless team collaboration. Additionally, technical information like your device type, operating system, IP address, and app performance metrics are collected to improve our services and provide technical support.
Your activity data is shared with your company administrators who can view all tracking information including screenshots, app usage, websites visited, and work hours. Team members can see messages, files, and tasks you share in conversations. We also share data with third-party services like DigitalOcean for file storage, Pusher for real-time messaging, and Mux for video streaming. All data is protected with industry-standard encryption during transmission and storage, with login credentials secured in your operating system's keychain. We implement role-based access controls, regular security audits, and automated backups to prevent unauthorized access and data loss.
