You must keep your login credentials secure, never share your account with others, and immediately report any unauthorized access to your company administrator. The service is intended solely for legitimate work purposes within your organization, and you must not share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content, harass team members, upload malware or viruses, or attempt to bypass security measures. Avento provides time tracking with activity monitoring, team chat and messaging, file sharing and storage, task management, calendar scheduling, video calling, and analytics reporting on an 'as is' basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Your company owns all data you create in Avento including messages, files, tasks, and activity logs, and can access, export, or delete this data at any time. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, security breaches beyond our control, indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party service failures, with maximum liability limited to amounts paid in the last twelve months. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate terms, engage in illegal activity, abuse the service, or pose security risks, with termination resulting in immediate loss of access and potential data retention per company policy.
