Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using Avento, you agree to be monitored by your employer when checked in, including screenshots of your screen, tracking of applications and websites you use, and recording of all work hours and activity patterns. You must keep your login credentials secure, never share your account with others, and immediately report any unauthorized access to your company administrator. You are required to follow your company's policies, code of conduct, and acceptable use guidelines at all times.

  • Employee monitoring consent means your employer can view screenshots, app usage, websites, and all work activity in real-time
  • Account security is your responsibility including using strong passwords and protecting credentials from unauthorized access
  • Professional use only prohibits sharing inappropriate content, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise system security
  • Company policy compliance requires following all workplace guidelines, data handling procedures, and acceptable use policies established by your employer
